RLCNH Reorganizes, Elects New Leadership Team
The Republican Liberty Caucus of New Hampshire (RLCNH) recently held its annual meeting in Concord, NH to elect new officers and board members. The meeting was also held to reorganize the RLCNH in order to prepare to assist liberty-conservative Republicans throughout the state in next year's elections.

New Leadership of the RLCNH
The New Hampshire RLC elected its new officers, including Jim Forsythe (Chair), Tim Condon (Vice-Chair), Carolyn McKinney (Secretary), and Bob Hull (Treasurer); At-Large Board members elected included State Rep. Paul Ingbretson, former State Rep. Paul Mirski, Chris Lawless, Joe Frazier, and Dan McGuire. Alternate Directors elected were Peter Bearse, State Rep. Jenn Coffey, and Brink Slattery.

Tax-watchdog group pushing pledge to control state spending
Jim Forsythe, finance chairman of the NHAC, said the state's budget increased spending by 17.5 percent, far beyond the regional 3.9 percent inflation rate.

New pledge, same goal: No income tax for NH
The new pledge follows efforts by the conservative anti-tax group to get communities to enact local spending and tax cuts. Jim Forsythe, the group's new finance chairman, said those who abide by the new pledge will relieve the pressure being put on the old one. "What we have now is a situation where the old pledge, the no broad-based tax pledge, has been very effective at keeping us away from a broad-based tax," he said. "That's held in place, but meanwhile, people have just spent more and more and that's putting pressure on. People are starting to feel the pain and call out for more taxes or different sorts of taxes, but that's not the answer."
