Sue grew up in Massachusetts and attended school in the Boston area where she earned a BS in Engineering and a MS in Engineering Management. She spent 20 years serving our country as a US Air Force civilian engineer, involved in research and development and flight test. She and her husband Mike, a career US Air Force officer, decided in 1995 to settle in Bartlett NH after their retirement. They chose NH for a number of reasons: natural beauty, low taxes, and limited government. Also, Sue had vacationed here with family throughout her life, and it was a “home away from home” to her. So, in 2002, they moved here and built their own home by hand. Sue is the co-owner with Mike of a small business, is a volunteer in the Gibson Senior Center Meals on Wheels program, a past volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, a member of the NRA, and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, motorcycling, cooking, and reading.
