Christian Callahan
We have a motto in our state, Live Free or Die. To me, that represents a philosophy of less government and a return to the fiscal responsibility for which New Hampshire is traditionally known.
I’m Christian Callahan, and I’m running for the state senate seat in District 24, representing the families and businesses of Rye, Portsmouth, North Hampton, Newington, New Castle, Hampton and Hampton Falls. I began this campaign because I believe our community needs a new direction. The legislature in Concord has allowed state spending to rise to unprecedented levels. We need fresh leadership to chart a new course for the future of our state.
I believe there are alternatives to higher taxes and increased state involvement in our business and personal lives. We have a motto in our state, Live Free or Die. To me, that represents a philosophy of less government and a return to the fiscal responsibility for which New Hampshire is traditionally known. We cannot allow state spending to continue its growth at recent rates without giving up the qualities and freedoms that we enjoy as citizens of New Hampshire. Low taxes are the direct result of conservative fiscal policies. It is our responsibility to bring spending in line and do all we can to stimulate our economy, provide quality education for our children, and look to the future of our state’s energy needs.
I need your help to bring this message to Concord. Together, we can maintain a New Hampshire advantage that encourages entrepreneurship and business, provides opportunities for our youth, and addresses our future energy needs.
